Fees for guided tours with Sonja Wagenbrenner
(valid for 2024)
For guided tours in Würzburg and trips through the Franconian wine country, I charge the following listed fees. As a freelance, professional representative of my profession, I stand for a competent and friendly advice in advance and for the correct, efficient and situation-adapted execution of the agreed services. My aim is to contribute to a pleasant stay of my guests in every respect.
City and theme tours
German: up to 2 hours 140.- €
Foreign Language: up to 2 hours 150.- €
Each additional hour 40.- €
Trips to the surrounding area (e.g. Franconian wine country)
Half-day package (up to 5 hours): German: 250.- €, foreign language: 280.- €
Full-day package (up to 9 hours): German: 350.- €, foreign language: 370.- €
Each additional hour 40.- €
General information:
Please understand, if requested dates can be optioned only for 2-3 days. Group size up to max. 25 people. Entrance fees are not included in the prices.
If the planned duration of a tour is substantially exceeded (15 min. and longer) at the request of the client, a surcharge of 40.- € is due for each additional started hour.
The costs and additional time, that the guide needs to get to the starting or ending point of a tour outside of Würzburg will be charged extra.
Reservations for restaurants or wine tastings with winegrowers etc. can only be arranged by the guide. To book and pay with the respective companies is the responsibility of the clients themselves. For a wine or champagne tasting during the tour, a price per person will be charged. Prices – depending on the number of participants and wine quality – are available on request.
For the planning of special tours or excursions on request of the client, a deposit of 50 € can be required. When booking the tour, this amount will be charged to the total fee. If the tour is not booked, the amount will be retained as expense allowance.
The above prices do not include VAT, as the contractor is a small business owner based on § 19 UStG (German sales tax law).
